Let’s face it, most of us can’t have a professional photographer in our home all. the. time. You know you have a really great camera that is capable of beautiful photographs but they just don’t look the way they are suppose to. In order to get the best use of your new rockin’ camera you need to go back to the basics! This is where I come in.

After this workshop and a little practice you will be able to:
Take your camera out of AUTO and discover the hidden wonders of Manual Mode.
Avoid the dreaded “blurry photo”
Turn your everyday snapshots into a work of art!

You and Me Session- Looking to start your own photography business or just wanting to take better pictures?? Bring your questions and your appetite. We will spend the day talking shop and taking lots of pictures. Need help with Photoshop? We can work on that too! Email me for details!

Group Session- Do you learn better in a classroom setting??
Yours truly, Amber, will be your instructor and please don’t laugh at me because I talk with my hands, A LOT. I also might hug you and become your new best friend. We will spend most of the morning talking tech, break for lunch (which I will provide) then we will try out your new skills on some of the cutest models in town.
Don’t worry. I will have some info for you to take home with you so you don’t forget what you’ve learned!

Information overload. But it’s ok, I will be there to hold your hand and answer all your questions. We will spend time photographing the cutest models in town and I will sit down with you one-on-one to go over your biggest frustrations!

    I have had my DLSR for about 6 months. I am just now figuring out tricks and tools! ;) Would love to learn more. But my main question is: Do you discuss editing in your class? I am looking for someone to share editing tips with me. Or even some “how to” get a picture a certain way. Please email me more info about the class and if it offers this.     Hi Amber, My friend Anita recently told me about the workshops you have on the weekends. I saw that you had one on November 19th and was just waiting to hear back from a friend to find out if she wanted to do the 2 for 1 deal. I am now looking at your page and it says it is closed…Can two more people fit into that workshop? If not, can you let me know the dates for 2012 workshops?
